The location was ideal and the setting nestled against the hills was great. Loved the nostalgic photos of Lucy and Desi as well as other stars and visitors of that era. The off-season room rate was fantastic (but offset by exorbitant resort and parking fees). The room was beautiful, spacious, quiet, clean, and comfortable but there seemed to be an abundance of outlet lights and light leaking through the door from the well-lit hallway. Furnishings were in excellent shape and the patio (with a golf course view and patio furniture) was a nice touch. The breakfast was solid...with cereal choices, assorted breads and pastries and juices...plus waffles...and was served in a dining room replete with music and photos of stars from the era and pool area views

The hotel exceeded my expectation. A+ to everything from the receptionist who had great customer service. We were there for a dance competition which had us arrive earlier than the check in time ( not a problem ) we were checked in. The room was clean and the view was amazing The hotel even provided us with transportation to and from our dance competition location WHATTTTT. The pool was beautiful. They even had pool side service Already planning next visit.... just because

The pictures of I love Lucy and others. Good breakfast choices. The facility looked really nice. The bar area at the pool was nice and there were mist area around it to keep you cool. A.C in the room worked really good. There was refresh water in the lobby with fruits and cucumbers. Front desk was nice and helpful. The bar food was good the India well club sandwich was wonderful! The lady that worked in the gift stop was so nice and recommended us places to eat.

The value for the room could not be beat for a Palm Springs/ Indian Wells location. The center courtyard with pool was lovely--very well-kept and landscaped. The decor is rather "old school" but still very elegant and well-maintained.

IWR is a beautiful property in a prime location. As far as value for your money, it can’t be beat. My girlfriends and I had a terrific time floating in the pool and relaxing on our patio. I highly recommend IWR.
